The Learning and Development Specialists will work in an agile team environment designing and developing blended learning solutions to meet the requirements of our operational business areas across CASA. These roles will work closely with the existing team and collaboratively across business areas to develop effective and engaging face to face, blended and eLearning products to achieve training outcomes.

The L&D Specialists will work in a multi-disciplinary, nationally dispersed team and are required to work under limited direction, exercising reasonable autonomy and accountability in the undertaking of work that is complex in nature in order to deliver on section, branch and CASA outcomes.
