Reporting to the Branch Manager Training, the Team Leader Training Operations leads a team in the delivery and coordination of administration and finance functions including the operational support functions for the scheduling and delivery of training at CASA as well as the day-to-day management of the Learning Management System (LMS).).

The Team Leader Training Operations uses their initiative to proactively engage as a business partner with all areas of the organisation to understand their training needs, priorities, and limitations, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to identify and schedule available training solutions in order to meet capability requirements.

The Team Leader Training Operations is required to lead a team in support of branch activities, with responsibility for all aspects of team management and development, including work priorities, allocation and monitoring work, performance management and the identification of opportunities for training and development of their staff.
